Who operates DreamAyla

DreamAyla operates the dreamayla.com website and related services. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, contact linra612@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use DreamAyla, we may process account identifiers, sign-in information, dream text and context you submit, saved journal entries and reports, membership and transaction records, support messages, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and service logs.

Payment credentials are processed by the relevant payment provider. DreamAyla may retain transaction identifiers, plan status, dates, and amounts needed to provide billing support and maintain records.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure accounts, generate requested dream reflections, save content you choose to keep, manage membership and billing, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve the reliability and usefulness of the service.

Dream interpretation and AI providers

When you request an interpretation, the dream text and context needed to fulfill that request may be sent to the AI provider configured for the service, which may include OpenAI or DeepSeek. Their processing is used to return the requested response. Avoid submitting personal information that is not needed for your reflection.

Dream interpretations are reflective perspectives, not medical or mental-health diagnoses, treatment, or predictions.

Service providers

We use service providers where needed to operate DreamAyla. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and performance monitoring, OpenAI or DeepSeek for requested interpretations, payment providers such as PayPal for billing, and Metricool for optional audience analytics. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Public and private content

Dreams, reports, conversations, billing details, and journal entries saved inside your account are private by default and are not published in the Dream Dictionary or a public feed. Public editorial pages contain separately prepared content. We do not use the full text of private dream submissions to personalize advertising.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Essential storage supports sign-in, language, security, and service access. Optional analytics from Metricool and Vercel Speed Insights load only after you accept optional cookies through our consent controls. See the Cookie Policy and use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice.

DreamAyla does not currently display Google AdSense advertising. If advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before advertising cookies or similar technologies are enabled. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services on its partner sites policy page.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide your account, meet legitimate operational and record-keeping needs, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can vary by data type. You may ask us to delete or correct eligible information by emailing linra612@gmail.com. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable requirements.

Your choices

You can choose what dream information to submit and save, reject optional analytics, request access or correction, and ask about deletion of eligible account information. You can also cancel future membership renewal through the available billing controls.

Children

DreamAyla is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be presented through the site when appropriate.
